Please join me to see a Tailwind Tours presentation and an Amethyst Far-Infrared Bio Mat demontation. If possible RSVP so that I can arrange enough snacks and refreshments.

Our own Bent Fink-Jensen will provide the Tailwind Tours presentation that will show you beautiful riding and gourmet eating in Finger Lakes, New York, Quebec, and Provence France. Tailwind Touring offers tours in New England, Canada and Europe. The focus of their tours is the enjoyment of spectacular scenery, good food and good company. They look after all the little details so all you have to do is to ride and enjoy.

Bonnie Smith will provide an Amethyst Far-Infrared Bio Mat presentation and allow you to experience them. At the recent Lifestyle show, where Oakville Cycling Club had a booth, I tried this Bio-Mat for a short 10 minutes with the very pleasant result of having my very tight calfs (from training/riding) immediately start to tingle and relax, and feel much better on the ride home.
